The movie follows Stu Shepard, a publicist who is held hostage in a phone booth by a sniper, played by Colin Farrell. As the situation unfolds, Stu's life is put in danger, and he must use his wits to try and escape. Meanwhile, a police negotiator, played by Kiefer Sutherland, tries to negotiate with the sniper to release Stu.
The story is engaging and suspenseful, with a unique premise that keeps the viewer on the edge of their seat. However, some plot twists feel a bit predictable.
The acting is excellent, with Colin Farrell delivering a standout performance as Stu. Kiefer Sutherland is also great as the police negotiator.
